in my 2001 Sebring 3.0 liter 2 door, It runs fine except for when i turn my fans on the RPMs will go below half or sometimes even stall, it started doing this after taking the highway, i've taken it in and they told me it was a loose part, they changed it and it stopped doing it for about 2 weeks, took the highway to work and it started again, they tested the alternator and battery and they are not overcharging, anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
