2001 chevy prizm misfire?

i have changed the spark plugs and the coil ignition was changed about 4 or 5 months ago it is saying the misfir is in cylinder 4 is there anything else i can try before haveing to pay someone to do the work for me please help
 
if the car has high mileage 150,000 plus and
if you know how to do plugs, rent a compression testor free at auto zone and do a compression test, see if all cylinders are 85% the same pressure

check and swap ignition wires with #4 with #3, see if change 3 becomes bad and 4 becomes good---means bad wire

while running, pull #4 plug wire, check shaking amount, replace wire then check #3, compare shaking differences,

no luck---could be fuel injector bad,
