2001 Chevy Prizim - What do I do with this lease?

Hey I have a 2001 Chevy Prizim, only 40000 miles and runs GREAT but needs some body work. I can't afford the payments anymore and I don't use the car anymore neither. I still owe about $3400 on it, I want to pay it off and sell it but obviously don't have that kind of money. The bank still holds title until it's paid off. Can I sell it to a used car company or no? If so how much would they give me for it? or what can I do with it?
 
you could always sell it for the amount you owe on it or more and call the company you have the loan through and explain the situation and explain to the person you are selling it to and to the fast tags place you are transferring the title with. you could always sell it to a used car place but if it needs body work u wont be getting much for it from anyone.
