2001 Chevy Impala should i go for it?

I found a 2001 Chevy Impala LS. It has a sunroof, power everything. It is fully loaded. It has 126945 miles on it. It is 4,995.00. Are Impala's good cars? Are they reliable? I will only go with a GM so don't tell me different. It will also be my first car. Half mine half my moms till i get my license.

So are Impala's good that that sort of mileage.
