Also we only have the problem if the van is running. When it is off the lights work correctly.
The taillights (both left and right) always look like we are holding the brakes down. What can cause this? We tried disconnecting the battery, checked the fuse, looked for a switch at the brake pedal and couldn't find one but unplugged the plug there just in case. Still the lights are constantly on.
