Hi, I own a 2001 Honda Civic Ex Coupe. It's got a bit of body damage mainly due to a severe hail storm over the summer, and I'm thinking about doing some repairs to it. I've already replaced the windows/windsheild that were damaged.
Anyway, it's my understanding that the 2001 and '04 civic are both of the same generation, just with a few cosmetic differences. I personally prefer the '04-'05 changes and was wondering if it was possible to transfer that body style to the '01 civic. I intend on replacing the front bumper and both front quarter panels so that would make it possible to put ones on from an '04/'05 civic so that the different headlamps would fit, but being that I have very limited knowledge on all the differences and spacing (etc) I thought that I should ask to see if this is possible to do, and if so, is there anything additional I need to know.
I'd appreciate any information anyone has to offer, but please only serious responses from people that know what they're talking about.
Thank you
