I have a 2001 Acura Integra GS. Only had it for a week, bought from a pre-owned dealership. After putting about 200 miles on it, the check engine light came on. I took it to have the codes read... 3 mis-fires, and a fuel tank emissions circulation error (the fuel cap was loose, I tightened it back down) I changed the spark plus + wires and realized in the first spark plug well, there was water droplets on the old plug, and the spark plug looked severely corroded. I put the new plugs and wires on (Bosch +4 Plus and Bosch Premium Wires), then I drove it... Check engine light still on... I pulled out the ECU fuse for 3 minutes while the car was off, then put it back in, turned on the car, let it idle for 5-10 minutes, check engine light still on.... Does anybody have any idea? Thanks.

Water droplets on your spark plug is never good and could only indicate a blown head gasket:(

There's a button under the dash to the right of the steering wheel, it faces downwards so you push upwards on it. Hold it in while you start the engine to clear the check engine light. If it comes back on, read the code again.
