I've had my car for about 5 years now, it has a lot of mileage on it, but it is definitely well-maintained. I get the oil changed professionally whenever it needs to be done, and every time it needs the full check up I take it into the Toyota dealer. Today when I turned it on it started making a weird but pretty quiet humming noise. I could also feel a little vibration under my foot on the acceleration pedal. Other than that, my car was running normal. This is my first car, so my real question is: is this normal? I've never been in any accidents or had any car troubles before.
