I have a used 2000 Toyota Corolla that has been giving me wheel bearing problems since I've had it. I've had to have the wheel bearings replaced once to twice a year, and the person who owned it before me, had it fixed 5 or 6 times. I've called Toyota corporate office, and they say their is no indication that there is a defect with the wheel bearings on this model. So I'm wondering if anyone who owns a 2000 Toyota corolla keeps having wheel bearing problems.

Additional details: this is a 2000 toyota corolla ce and there is 87,000 miles on this car, before that there was 78,000 miles on it, and was purchased in 2004, the owner before me had it for about 4 years, I've had this car since 1/08, and 8 months after that I had to get the wheel bearings fixed, and currently the right front needs to be replaced, and about 4 months ago, I had the left front bearing fixed. So far to date the wheel bearings have been fixed about 11 times now, and that's the only thing that has been fixed on this car. Also this car was purchased at Toyota dealership.
