2000 Toyota Corolla - Cost of tune-up and fixing the front alignment?

I know the front alignment on my Toyota needs to be fixed and the oil needs to be changed...The last time I got a tune-up was six months ago and since then I've only put on about 1,200-1,500 miles but I'm planning on driving my car from Minneapolis to Chicago at the end of May, which is a seven hour drive, so I want to make sure everything on my car is in great condition!

How much would it cost to fix the front alignment and get a tune-up?
(On average, I mean. I know the cost of fixing the front alignment will vary between mechanics and whatnot, but I'm just looking for a rough estimate)
 
each shop in town will vary in prices easy to cal three places and ask id say tune up 200 or more about 100 or less for alignment so id be looking at under 500 really depends on who you call
