2000 Suzuki SV-650 not running right during winter in North Carolina, any suggestions?

I live in NC, so its not typically too cold, although its been going into the upper teens and 20's all this past month. I start up the bike every Sunday and let it run for about 10-15 minutes, and everything has been fine. Last week I decided it was time to put it away for the next 3 months and added "SeaFoam" to it in the correct ratio. But this week when I tried starting it up it backfired twice and will only idle at around 2100 rpm, at full choke. It usually starts up at full choke around 4300. It just never seems to get "warmed up" enough to take the choke off and let it sit and run for a bit. I think something is wrong. I'm wondering if adding the SeaFoam screwed something up. It's what I used on my last bike to winter it, so I just assumed using it again would be fine. Any help would be much appreciated.
