Okay, here it goes... bought the car in 10' me being inexperienced with cars left it set too long. So, the fuel pump went out. That was 316.00 well after that was fixed and I dropped 586.00 for insurance, the stupid thing starts to overheat. So, I bought a water pump and thermostat. Changed those two and its still overheating. Down in my oil reservoir there is no anti-freeze. Someone said it could be a bad head gasket. But, I don't think the head is cracked or warped because she still runs perfect, except for the heat. She never cuts out or anything there is no smoke coming from anywhere at all. There is no signs that the head even has anything wrong with it. I'm thinking it could possibly be my fan? I'm not for sure but, does anyone at all have an opinion on this. Please help asap as this car is setting with 586.00 of insurance on it!
But, it's weird. To me anyway, that there really isn't many signs leading to head gasket. : (
I'm having my boyfriend test the fan right now.
Hopefully its the fan so I dont have to drop 700-800 on a head job.
