Just bought a 2000 Mazda mpv a few days ago. While driving home yesterday I noticed there was no heat (blowing cold air). Then 10 minutes later when I stopped at a red light, I noticed white smoke/steam coming from hood on passenger side. I checked the temperature gauge and it started to rise. I know nothing about cars and would like anyone's opinion on what my car's problem is.
