Purchased my car used a month ago from a dealership.
Most of the time it would jolt forward when I changed gears into drive or something of the sort, but now it's getting worse.
Whenever I'm going up a hill, turning, or if I come to a fast stop where I have to press hard on my breaks, or even if I'm just driving sometimes, when I press the gas pedal I can hear my engine but nothing happens and then if I continue to press on the gas it jolts forward and typically the tires skid.
I don't know why it's doing this but I'm getting scared to drive because it's starting to happen more often. (I went on the highway the other day and ever since then it's starting to get worse)
What could this be....?
