2000 Lincoln LS Load Road noise?

I have a 2000 Lincoln LS with 150,000 miles. When I accelerate over 15 mph my car starts to make a noise like something rubbing something else, as I accelerate the noise gets louder if I turn the to the left the noise goes away if I turn to the right it gets slighty louder. Also, when I brake the noise gets quiter. Any body have a clue what this is. Thanks
