I have gotten the resistor, blower motor, and the A/C/Heater control unit all replaced but no air will blow out of the top vents. The lower vents work fine. I also checked ALL of the vacuum actuatiors for all the settings and all of them work just fine through thier full motion. So why will no air come out of the top vents and what do I need to do?
