2000 Jeep oil pressure gauge reads 5-0 when idling 25-30 at 2000rpms?

is this an oil pump going bad or what are the chances it could br worse it runs very good no tapping or different noises
It has 90,000 miles and its been doingit for a few weeks had the gauge put on it and it is reading what the gauge says
 
Is this a new problem? is your pressure sensor good? Do a mechanical gauge test to be sure. If it is reading correctly, you could have a worn oil pump or the lower bearing could be leaking pressure. Most people will advise against "snake oil" but you could try some lucas oil treatment. It actually works.
