I just replaced the battery. It turns over but won't start. When I turn the key on, one of the relays (the one furthest to the rear and to the right when looking from the front of the vehicle) starts clicking quickly. I get power to the dash (the odometer appears and radio/lights work), but the gages don't move. Any suggestions?
