2000 Honda Accord EX V6 Cigarette Lighter?

I just noticed that i could not find a cigarette lighter in my accord. I realize that it has a power outlet, but no cigarette lighter.

Is this normal...?
Or am I just not looking in the right place...?;
which would be weird because i've had the car for over a year now.

...anyway you look at it, it seems weird:
either I can't find it
or it doesn't have one...

help please
 
It just has 12V outlets without a lighter, but you can buy a lighter to fit the outlet at any auto parts store for like $4.
