Blinks.? 2000 Honda Accord, Check Engine Light On, Transmission Problem. Starts, D4 Light Blinks, Won't Accelerate, It stays on 1st gear and it's not changing to 2nd gear. Does this mean the transmission is broke or any sensor? Can You Help?
