2000 ford taurus wont spark on plug #number 1?

my #1cillender not sparking i put new coil pack in still no spark all plugs and wires in also i can get spark if i take plug wire #1 and put it to # 3 it fires but put #3 to #1 #3 dont fire i check everthing out i dont no what to do
 
you say it fire with another wire on same coil then id say the wire is bad im lost also take it to a shop
