2000 Ford Expedtion Rough Idle?

I have a 2000 Ford Expedtion 5.4 Triton it has a rough Idle or miss it Idle's about 600 to 700 Rpm I have Replaced Plugs, plug wires or boots, Mass Air Flow Sensor, and Air Filter. It has no check engine light on and does not set a code would anyone have any idea as to what I should change next or adjust
