2000 Ford Escort ZX2 (2.0 dohc) PCV valve help. I'm so lost!?

For the LIFE of me I can't find where the PCV valve hose connects to the main vacuum.

Maybe if you have AllData access you can send me a diagram :)
You don't know HOW much I'd appreciate it.

Here's the problem: Doing a routine check, I noticed there's oil in my air filter. Googled the problem, most said it's probably a PCV valve issue.

I find my PCV valve and the hose connected to it is completely broken off, just a stub of rubber. There's no other rubber hose piece dangling anywhere.

So i'm going to buy a new hose for it but not until I can figure out where it connects to on the vacuum! Really, I have looked EVERYWHERE I can see. I can't find a diagram that's up-to-date, and I'm not about to buy a manual.

I don't know if this PCV thing is the real reason there's oil in the filter, but I need to fix that before I'll be able to tell.

I can post pics if that helps, though I don't know how it would.
yes, there are 2. I see the one on top that connects right to the air filter... no visible problems there.
the other one is the problem. i know what the intake manifold is (kind of) and where (kind of). but i don't know where the hose connects on it...

and there's more than just a little oil. filter's not saturated, but there's definitely a significant amount.

i have a pic of the two valves, any other pics you need?
