2000 Dodge Neon need some help?

1 plug wires if original...replace
2 cap/rotor if it has them...replace them
3 check engine lite..if on..get free scan any parts store to point u in right direction
4 vacuum leak..there r lots of vac hoses,,,[black rubber as thick as a pencil] while engine running spray wd 40 along them..if idle changes theres leak..look at hoses for cracks and loose connections,,,,where they T off the plastic T can crack too
 
My daughter neon that seams to be idling alittle high and rough, its idles at about 750 rpms i dont no what it is suppose to idle at.I put some fuel injecter cleaner in the fuel to see if that would help , and nothing.the spack plugs are only about 6 months old and they didnt much either
