2000 dodge neon leaking oil?

I have a 2000 dodge neon... Did not have 1 problem with it until my friends started tellin me my car would smoke a lil bit when I would take off..... So 1 day I was doing a tune up and on the 3rd spark plug had oil on it... And 4th spark plug had oil mixed wit water.... Changed the radiator and 3rd spark plug had less oil and 4th one had just oil no water.... Does anybody know how to fix it so oil won't get into the spark plug wells anymore
