I have a clunk on the front end of my 2000 Dodge Neon. I replaced the lower control arms and outer tie rods on both sides of the vehicle. That repair has fixed the other clunks that happened on starts, stops and bumps. I still get a clunk when I turn the wheel. I thought it may be the CV joint but I get the clunk when I turn the wheels and the car is in park. I think if it were the CV joints it would only happen while driving. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
