I bought the car from an auto auction, it came with some alloy rims, but it doesn't come with a "key" to loosen the rims. my question is...Where can I get another "key", so I can unlock them to fix a brake problem I have?

Unless you know the actual manufacturer of the specialty lug, you may be in trouble. Assuming you are speaking of the lugs themselves being "locking lugs", then you will have to try to find the manufacturer's name. This in turn will allow you to contact them and possibly purchase the key. DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF TIME OR PATIENCE, THERE IS A SOLUTION!! Little more costly but a lot more time efficient. In the automotive industry, we have a set of tools that allows us to remove stripped or rounded off lugs. That is to say that the lugs wont allow a socket or tire iron to grip them, just like the head of a bolt that's ben stripped or rounded. Anyways, boring side talk aside there is a special set of sockets you can purchase at your local autozone for removing these types of lugs. Best part, they also work on those locking lugs because they're round!!!

Hope this helped.
