The lights on my 2000 Durango got left on. Needless to say the battery was drained. I got it jump started and had some trouble getting it to keep running. But after a few minutes it would idle. However, now when I drive it as I pull up to a stop sign or slow down to make a turn it will die. I put it in park and it starts right back up and idles until I take off and stop or turn. I then have to repeat the above step.
