2000 Dodge durango blower motor resistor ?

can anyone tell me where the blower motor resistor is located and the best way to access it?
 
Best way to tell you is on the passenger side under the dash is where your blower motor is, find the blower motor wire and follow it to where it plugs into. What it plugs into is the blower motor resistor. The resistor is on the same side. Hope this helps.
