It is now winter, and the heater in my 2000 DOdge Dakota is not working to it best. Here is what I have noticed:
- Takes longer to get the heater to blow warm / hot air.
- The blower does not blow a lot of air when on the 1st or 2nd level.
I do have a 180 degree thermostat, and have not back-flushed the heater core.
Not sure if this is related to anything else.
HThere is a blower motor resistor in the dash, but I would rather not take the dash apart unless it is the last troubleshooting step.
