2000 Chrysler Concorde Problems?

The problems began with the car taking forever to start so we changed the fuel pump and it was corrected. Not even a week later my engine light came on and it tested for at CAM SENSOR, and Crank Sensor. We bought new sensors and replaced them and this made the car worse. Once I hit 3000rpm the car shakes and wants to stall, everytime i stop at a light or stop sign i have to put one foot on the break and the other on the gas so it wont stall. At times it idols way to high and others it will go so low that it stalls, when i first start it in the moring i have to hold he gas until it warms up and then it will be ok for a while. What could this be?
 
It sounds like a vacuum leak. When replacing the sensors did you knock off a vacuum line like the PCV line for instance?
 
If you have a 2.7 V6 Bad news. The timing chain jumped. Do you still have codes? What are they? If it's cam and crank out of sync. that's because the chain jumped. If it's a 2.7. If its a 3.5 Let me know.
