i have taken my chrysler to get smog about 5 times in last 2 weeks and it always gets rejected the 3 things that say not completed are the OBD catalyst,OBD evap,OXY snsr heat, the smog guy said it i just needed a drive cycle since i had replaced the battery about 2 weeks ago, so then i drove it about 150 miles took it back to the smog got rejected for the same 3 things again, he advised me to take it to the chrysler dealership that the computer might just need to be flashed so i took it to the dealership and the dealership said this to me "testing found trouble codes for medium evap leaks. further inspection found all hoses on top of fuel tank split and hoses to purge solenoid cracked so i paid them $ 543.77 to fix that and they guaranteed me it will pass smog after well i got my car back and they said all u need to do is drive for 50 miles to turn on computer now so i drove 130 miles that day took it to dealership they tested the smog and said it passed 2/3 i was like ok....ima take it to the smog place so i can see for myself, so i took it and it got rejected for the exact same 3 things then the smog guy said the reason it passed 2/3 at the dealership was because they didn't turn off the car after i drove it but by law he has to turn off the car to check for engine light. so i took the car to a g20 specialist and we tested the car driving it then testing it without turning off the car and the smog computer would show completed then 5 seconds later it will switch to showing the 3 things that are not letting it pass then back to completed the g20 specialist said just keep driving it.... my friends say it has to be the ECM computer that i need a new one because it has been sending those mix signals and even the specialist tells me to just keep driving it but i have been driving it for 2 weeks putting over 300 miles on it. srry for the loong post. any help would be appreciated thanks because the dealership and the so called specialist are draining my money lol and i keep getting the same answer.... keep driving it
