ok i have a 2000 chevy tracker 1.6 liter my problem is the car never will stay at a warm operating temperature unless i am driving and even then it never goes to half way mark if i slow down or stop it brings it all the way back down to Cold until i start driving again i thought maybe i had a thermostat problem when it first happen so i replaced it with a new one and still am having this problem the fan is belt driven and seems to be free turning so what could my problem its been making this winter pretty bad for getting the car defrosted so i can drive to work in the morning
