Ok so my cable broke and it is not the latch that is inside the car. The cable broke off the locking mechanism that is located under the hood. It is clean off from the lock itself. i would like someone to explain to me how to do it other than 'take it to a repair shop'. If you cant add more than that please don't reply. Any tips or ideas on how to get the hood open so I can replace the cable and/or lock is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
