2000 Chevy 4.8 Z-71 missfire code?

I have a 2000 chevy Z-71 with around 200,000 miles on it the truck has been maintianed and serviced to a T about two weeks ago my service engine soon light came on and I took to get the code read the guy told is was giving a random missfire code on cylinder 2 any ideas the plug and the plug wire are good, and the light only seems to come when the vehicle is idling for about 2 minutes or more ???????????
 
Does it have the distributor or the distributorless in it? Does it have individual coils? If so, could be a bad coil on the #2 cylinder. I know you daid the plug was good, but have you tried replacing it yet?
