2000 3 series bmw or 07 dodge caliber?

I just totaled my car and I can either get a 07 dodge cailber. It has about 45,000 miles on it and everything is manual pretty much. Like the windows and all that and has no warranty.Or a 2000 bmw it has about 60,000 miles on it. A four year warranty and just got new tires on it all of that. Which one would you go with? Thanks for the help
