...cuz he was driving, what to do? My son was driving my car in Columbus, MS and a woman hit him on the side. In the police report she lied, days or weeks later she claimed her knee was hurting. Now I may be liable for that, my insurance was 25,000/50,000.
USAA states that they can hire a lawyer for me or I can hire my own since I may owe more? How is it that she can get away with such a thing? My son never lies to me, we have a very open relationship and he knows I tolerate anything he does. He does not even know this lady apparently may of won the claim.
She is over 20 y/o and my son is just 18. Did they do this to me because my son is young? This is super evil! What do you guys recommend for me to do.
