what kind of bike is it exactly that is "20inches" that could be wheel size if a BMX bike or it could be frame height if it is anything else except road bikes which are measured in CM. If it is a BMX then I would say it is too small but there are riders taller than you ridding them anyway and if it is a mountain or Hybrid then a 20" frame will be way too tall for your height.
