2 week old iMac not working?

So I have a new iMac and it used to work just fine, but now when I turn it on, it takes me to a grey page saying that I need to restart my mac. So I restart it like it says and it takes me to the same grey screen. I can't get past it. I have already tried everything In the manual, and I can't seem to figure it out. Help would be great ASAP.
What is a lemon?
I can see some of you dont like MAcs haha
 
It's under warranty if it is only 2 weeks old. You might have gotten a lemon. Call Apple Support.
 
This can't be happening.Mac's are supposed to be superior computers and never break down.Isn't this the reason you pay 3 times more than a windows computer?
