My two year old boy vomits around 2 or 3 times a day... Recently he is getting gassy also.
I dont actually understand when people say projectile vomiting. My son vomits.. when he is lying flat and most of the times vomit comes of the nose as well as mouth. We try to burp him as much as possible after every feed..
