2 stroke dirt bike carb tuning help?

my yz 2001 80 ran fine. then it started bogging down and sputtering terribly in the lower range but ran great when i had it wide open. now it runs horribly throughout the entire rpm range. its like, bluh-bluh-bluh blaaaaaaa bluh-bluh blaaaaaaaaaaaw. is it the carb that needs tuning? i know its not blown up cause i took the cylinder head off and the piston and cylinder both look great. help would be great, thanks
 
how's the airfilter? If the bike is getting fuel, is it getting too much fuel? If you keep fresh fuel in it and periodically run it thruout the winter months then make sure it is stored with fuel preservers in it, the carb should be fine. If not, get a manual and get cleaning-also clean and or replace the fuel filter and air filters while at it.
