I have 2 questions. First I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been having sharp stabbing pain in my cervix. Could this be my cervix starting to dialate? Or what else could it be? Also I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and am anemic. When I check my blood sugar 4 times a day, my blood seems really thin and watery. Could this be from the diabetes or the iron pills? Or should I be concerned?
