2 Question: Nutrition tables on herbs speed & spices and blood thinner tips?

i have two questions

the first is most important

im looking for a better way to put calcium in my body
as i was told milk and dairy products seem to give much calcium but they also take away because the protein sucks the calcium from the bones at the same time

is this true?


if protein is a taker of calcium from the bones then what else can i eat to ensure i get all the calcium i need a day?

seed, herbs and spices correct?
they say the best spices and seeds to take are celery seeds and poppy seeds, fennel seeds.

but
when i look on other sites like nutritional data sites, the nutritional data seems to vary on each site so its hard to know how much is really in each

and when i went to the store to buy my fennel seeds
i look at the data information and it said 2% calcium not 10% as i though it would be

does anyone know what may have happened? perhaps 2% to every 20 gram serving size?












my last question is
does anyone know ways to thin ones blood?
