I don't understand how they got the answers.

The first question:
Which of the following salt solutions is acidic?
A. KBr
B. FeCl3
C. Li2C2O4
D. NaHCO3

I chose D because when i found kb of this, ka was higher so i thought it would act as an acid.
But i guess this is the wrong way to do it

The second question:
Which of the following saturated salt solutions would have the greatest electrical conductivity?
A. PbS
B. CsNO2
C. Ag2CrO4
D. Ba3(PO4)2

thank you !
