$2,995 for a Pontiac Trans Sport?

Is this a good price because my family is considering buying one? It's a 1995 Pontiac Trans Sport SE, Green, aluminum wheels, Gray leather, Factory CD Player, Sunroof, Power sliding rear passenger door, and with 135,000 miles. I'm not so sure about this because when we went to test drive it, the rear passenger side wheel wasn't turning, but the dealer said it had something to do with the ABS(?) and that they would get it fixed. So please tell if this is a deal or not, because otherwise the vehicle is in excellent condition.
 
Thats not worth it. 3k for that many miles for a car that may not run in a month?

I just bought a Pontiac Bonneville with half the miles and fully loaded for 2500 more. that car should be sold for about 1500 most.
