Pregnant with my first

Saturday I found out that I was pregnant, and my HCG levels were checked. I came in at 392.7, which my doctor said means that im really early. They gave me an ultrasound (im only around 2 weeks pregnant), and they said they couldn't see anything, which is normal because im so early.
This morning I went back for repeat levels, and I'm not at 817.7. Do these numbers seem good? Im just afraid my levels won't rise good enough, or that I'll have another miscarriage. Also, I have my first appointment March 17 with the OBGYN. . Is it normal to wait 2 weeks? What should I expect at my first appointment. . . Any other advice is great!!
