I've been researching all day trying countless ways to fix this problem.The problem is that everytime I plug my ipod into the usb port it doesn't show up in Itunes, let alone the sidebar.Ive tried...
-Restarting/Stopping&Starting the Apple Mobile Device Service.
-Rebooting my computer, Uninstalling & Reinstalling the latest Itunes library.
-Even downgrading my library.
...........I was told that since my ipod is the 1st generation of Ipod Touches It won't be compatibility with the latest Itunes 9 Library.So my friend told me to connect my Ipod to another computer and upgrade my ipod...Then it would supposedly work.It didn't work from the other computer.
-I need to know if it's even possible for my Ipod to upgrade even more because of it's old features.
-Please I'd be forever in your debt to whoever could solve this problem for me.I've been literally working on this for the most part all day from morning to night.And It's now 10 minutes to midnight.
-haha I've even successfully succeeded in breaking my mouse and buying a new one.
......I already went through all the possible support links to apple.com and from other sites.
