I recently recieved my 1st DWI. First Police Ticker for anything, (never had a speeding ticket, MIP, or anything) - and I have court coming up. I am not getting charged with a DWI, however, they are making me do 2 years probation. SIS. When I go to court coming up this next week, will I have to take a drug test (because my charge was Alcohol related?) or does it not matter? Im only nervous because I dont ever take drugs or do them, however I did take an aderall for finals week that was last week. Will this show up on my drug test? Thanks!
