My wife's Camry will on occasion lope when it's idling. You can just press the accelerator down a little bit and it will correct and go back to a normal smooth idle. Could this be the idle sensor? If so where is it located and how hard is it to replace. Also in the last month the brake light has been coming on for no reason will do it totally randomly driving straight down the road it will pop on and off. Have shook the emergency brake handle side to side and up and down and doesn't make the light go off. Normally this light is on while the E brake is engaged and goes off when the E brake is released. Usually the brake light will go off when you release the E brake then after you've driven a ways it will come back on. I shook the brake peddle also and it didn't help. Could the switch attached to the e brake handle be causing the problem? I've checked the fluid level several times and there's always plenty. The only other thing I wonder is if the back brake bands being worn could be causing the problem? Thanks for any help. John
