I just bought this bike and it had 16k miles, it was held in a garage for 13 months, with about 7 times of turn on. So it is rough, but i was wondering if a person of moderate mechanical abilities could possibly do that himself. I was quoted at 300 dollars for this, and was wondering i could do it myself. Thanks for your help.
